The Dish: Tripel Burger from The Tripel
We know what you’re thinking, what’s a forest doing on this burger? But don’t get fooled, it’s quite meaty. The Tripel Burger from The Tripel in Playa Del Rey is an all-meat patty made with duck confit, pork and aged beef, topped off with truffle Pecorino, house made apricot jam and arugula encompassed between two pieces of onion brioche bun.
