The Dish: Swamp Thing — Smoked Alligator Sausage from Brats Brothers
Guy Fieri might have gotten here first but since then Brats Brothers in Sherman Oaks, CA has moved across the street from its original location, serving bratwursts and sausages at a much appealing space. Swamp Thing is a Louisiana style spicy smoked alligator sausage served in a large French roll and topped with roasted peppers and onions.
Other meats on the exotic menu include: venison, elk, buffalo, ostrich, lamb, boar, duck and finally the kangaroo, if you dare.
