The Dish: Roasted Duck Poutine from Euclid Hall
Canadians would be proud of this American twist on their Québecian staple. The Roasted Duck Poutine is hand-cut French fries, drizzled in duck gravy, with black peppers and melted Wisconsin cheddar curds. Now available at Euclid Hall Bar & Kitchen in Denver, CO.
Pro tip: kick it up a notch with a different variation called “Duck, Duck, Goose.” It includes all the ingredients in the original dish but adds a sunny side up duck egg and an ounce of foie gras.
