Weekend, What Up!
Jul 22nd
I always wanted to be a superhero. I can imitate the clever dialogue from TV shows like “Zorro,” I can dress-up in a tight Spandex suit complete with a face mask and I bet I could even jump from building to building. Wearing a cape and saving the day would be rewarding but I would be helping everyone but myself. Superheroes are messed-up, man! Batman saw his parents murdered, Superman was the sole survivor on the planet Krypton and the Incredible Hulk has a mean temper! As I head down to San Diego for Comic-Con this weekend, I will let others dress up as the disturbed heroes and I will enjoy myself at their expense. Join me and have a good time — here are some things to keep you sane this weekend!

The food truck is real and the food is real, but the intentions behind the truck are a little different. This week, it was announced the Pyongyang Express truck is a part of a marketing campaign for THQ’s upcoming video game Homefront. More >

Happy birthday, America! Congrats on turning 234-years-old this weekend. My, how things have changed! You’re no longer under British rule, instead of tea floating in the water, it’s now oil and Brit David Beckham sits courtside for Los Angeles Lakers games. King George III never saw this coming. So, enjoy America! Ben Franklin and his fellow Founding Fathers would be proud! Now, here is a list of things those Red Coats will never be able to enjoy! Happy Fourth of July! More >
