Weekend, What Up!
Sep 24th
“Drunk or a kid” is a great game we like to play. Unfortunately, when I am inebriated, I am a child. All responsibility, all filters and all manners go out the window. Plus, I tend to lose my handler and end up wandering around alone with food spilled on myself. Instead of doing that, control yourself at some of these fine events this weekend. More >

Photos: We Found The Meaning of ‘Opa’ at the LA Greek Fest!
Sep 12th
The 2010 LA Greek Fest was held at the Saint Sophia Cathedral and featured traditional Greek dancing, music and mouth-watering desserts and tasty foods. We enjoyed dolmathes (grape leaves stuffed with rice and meat), moussaka (a lasagna like dish with layered ground beef and eggplant) and loukomathes (Greek doughnuts covered in honey and cinnamon) were the perfect sweet treat. We enjoyed the Greek beers, dancing and yelled out “Opa!” too! More >

Weekend, What Up!
Sep 9th

How can you not love that face?! A few nights ago I was walking my adorable Shih Tzu named Milo and I spotted a man smoking on his balcony. I walked past his apartment and when I walked back I noticed his partially-smoked cigarette had been tossed on the sidewalk and was still burning. He angrily said, “Do you clean up after your dog?” I answered, “Yes, I have a plastic bag here.” His tone bothered me and I wanted to ask him if he was planning to burn down his apartment building or if he thought that cigarette litter in the street was okay … since dog crap isn’t. Don’t put up with anyone’s crap this weekend. Instead, enjoy yourself at one (or many) of these fun-tastic events! More >
