If you love everything about Stone Brewing Co., then you might be interested in the release of their book, The Craft of Stone Brewing Co.: Liquid Lore, Epic Recipes, and Unabashed Arrogance The book contains a behind the scenes look at 15 years of Stone Brewing Co., a history of beer, how to pour and store beer, a primer to pairing beers, recipes that use Stone beers, and more. The release is kicked off with an event at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens (1999 Citracado Pkwy, Escondido, CA) on Sept 27 with Co-owners Greg Koch, Steve Wagner, and Co-author Randy Clemens being available to sign books. Bottles of the limited edition Quingenti Millilitre beers will also be available for sale to those who purchase the book.
