Zarzamora Real

Ingredients

  • 10 Rosemary needles
  • 3 Muddled Driscoll’s blackberries
  • 1/2 oz. Natural sour mix
  • 2 oz. Casa Noble tequila
  • 2 oz. Brut champagne or sparkling wine
  • 1 Blackberry for garnish

(Pictured above) Muddle 3 blackberries at the bottom of a shaker, add all other ingredients except the champagne. Shake with ice and strain into a champagne flute and top with champagne. Garnish with a blackberry.

OXLEY Collins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. OXLEY Classic English Dry Gin
  • 1 oz. Fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz. Simple syrup
  • 3 oz. Club soda

Mix ingredients in a collins glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

Gerber Group’s All American

Ingredients

  • 3 large pieces of thinly sliced ginger
  • 1/2 oz. Simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 oz. Raspberry puree
  • 1 1/2 oz. Ciroc Red Berry
  • Tonic water
  • Three raspberries

In a shaker muddle ginger, simple syrup, lime juice, raspberry puree and Ciroc. Add ice, cover and shake well. Strain into ice filled rocks glass. Top with tonic water and garnish with three raspberries.

The Firecracker

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. TY KU Sake Silver
  • 3/4 oz. Thai Chile Agave Nectar
  • 1/2 oz. Lemon juice
  • 3 slices of English cucumber
  • 1/2 oz. Club soda

Muddle cucumbers in a shaker, add sake, agave nectar and lemon juice. Shake over ice. Pour into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Top with club soda.

CHAMBORD Flavored Vodka & Perrier

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. CHAMBORD Flavored Vodka
  • 3 oz. Perrier

Pour vodka into a glass filled with ice and top with Perrier. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a black raspberry.

Tuaca Vanilla Berry Sparkler

Ingredients

  • 3 Muddled blackberries
  • 1.5 oz Tuaca Vanilla Citrus Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. Simple syrup
  • 1 oz. Soda top

Muddle 3 blackberries at the bottom of a shaker, add all other ingredients except the soda. Shake with ice and strain over fresh ice into a highball glass. Garnish with a mint sprig and a blackberry.

Blackberry Gin Fizz

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. OXLEY Classic English Dry Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz. Blackberries
  • Club soda

Muddle blackberries in a shaker, add OXLEY and lemon juice. Shake over ice. Pour into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Top with club soda and garnish with blackberries.

The Sparkler

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. TY KU Citrus Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Lemon juice
  • 1 oz. Pineapple juice

Add ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a collins glass with fresh ice.
