You may have seen this baby in the news today. Harvard Researchers unveiled the new ideal diagram for healthy eating based on the government’s MyPlate icon. While it certainly is colorful and lacking any design beautifully rendered, we have been performing extensive drinking and eating research in the last year and a half for you, our readers.
